We are delighted to announce that Grant Harley, our General Manager, will be speaking at The Rise of IoT and Big Data in Rail event about the integration of CCTV systems with network infrastructure management.
The conference, which takes place across 31 May -1 June 2023 in Cologne, Germany, is stated as one of the largest events in the rail market and will be attended by a global audience of business professionals and prominent figures from the industry. Major companies such as Network Rail, Siemens, and Amtrak will be speaking alongside Petards Rail at the event, presenting the latest trends such as smart data, as well as technology for operators and manufacturers in the rail sector.
Speaking about the upcoming event, Grant Harley said: “The Rise of IoT and Big Data in Rail is one of the leading rail technology events. I am therefore looking forward to attending the event on behalf of Petards Rail and networking with both new and familiar faces from the global rail industry.
“It is a privilege to be speaking amongst fellow industry leaders at the event. My presentation will focus on the latest in the real-world integration of CCTV systems with network infrastructure management, exploring topics such as becoming agile in a non-agile environment and driving action from data. With more than 30 years’ experience and over 30,000 cameras in action, Petards Rail is ideally placed to speak on this topic, as well as on the big part I anticipate Petards Rail will play in the future of on-train surveillance technology.
“I am also excited to have the opportunity to introduce fellow attendees to the refreshed Petards Rail – showcasing our new brand and product roadmap alongside our extensive industry expertise and our innovative technology.”
